We accept order cancellations before the item has been processed or shipped. Since our team strives to dispatch your "functional art" quickly (usually within 1-2 business days), we recommend contacting us immediately if you change your mind.

3. Shipping & Time Zone Considerations

Our global fulfillment center operates from GMT+8. Due to time zone differences, an order might enter the shipping process before our support team reviews your request.

  • Unshipped Orders: If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
  • Orders in Transit: If the order has already left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the package arrives.

4. Refund Timeline
