PRE-PURCHASE NOTES 

1. Hand-blown glass tea wares are handmade goods. Tiny dimensional deviations and faint air lines on all parts of finished products are normal.
2. For high-temperature hand-blown glass with complex shapes, molds are required for manual shaping.
3. Minor joint lines and tiny inclusions are natural byproducts of craftsmanship and acceptable.
4. Handmade items may naturally feature water ripples, faint scratches, tiny dark spots, uneven rims, and visible joint lines due to production techniques. These are normal craft characteristics.
5. All above minor imperfections are inherent traits of hand-blown glass, which distinguish handmade glass from machine-made glassware. Please understand the features of handmade products.

PRECAUTIONS 

1. The bottom has a vacuum pinhole seal for craftsmanship reasons. Do NOT use dishwashers or disinfection cabinets, as high heat will permanently damage the seal.
2. Keep away from microwaves, ovens, and boiling steam.
3. Glass is fragile. Handle gently and avoid collisions.
4. Keep hot-filled glass out of reach of kids and pets to prevent scalding or cuts from broken glass.
5. The vacuum pinhole seal cannot bear high temperature. High heat causes irreversible seal failure.

CLEANING METHOD 

1. Rinse with warm clean water right after daily use to keep the glass clean.
2. Remove tea stains with mild acid or food-safe detergent plus a soft brush.
3. Never use high heat or dishwashers to clean the pinhole sealed bottom. Keep the pinhole area away from harsh heat during cleaning; seal damage caused by high temperature cannot be repaired.
